An Evening of Broadway with Paulo Szot

CulturArte de Puerto Rico is pleased to present the concert “An Enchanted Evening with Paulo Szot”. The Enchanted Evening will mark the closing of our 2020-2021 season, and will feature the renowned Broadway star and regular guest of the Metropolitan Opera in New York, Paulo Szot. He will be accompanied by a chamber orchestra conducted by maestro Luke Frazier.

The Brazilian-born singer, praised for his magnificent performances on stage as the protagonist of the musical “South Pacific”, is considered one of the most outstanding contemporary baritones in the world with performances in the most important concert halls in Europe, America and Australia. In this pleasant evening, the versatile singer who appears on the cover of the latest edition of "Opera News" magazine will mainly delight us with exciting musical pieces from famous Broadway plays such as “South Pacific”, “Man of La Mancha”, “ Les Misérables ”,“ Chicago ”, among other important musicals.
